Cleaning Water with lemon and ginger
Ingredients:
- 34 fl oz. of filtered water
- Squeezed juice from half of a lemon
- ½ of ginger root, preferably sliced in small pieces
Easily prepared drink is a great support to detox diet. Lemon stimulates digestive system, especially within morning, breakfast hours. Ginger, on the other hand, quickens production of stomach juices. Moreover, it reduces sleepiness during the day and increase the amounts of calories burned during physical activity.
Preparation:
Squeeze half of the lemon with Dafi Citrus Squeezer then add previously chopped ginger and let drink to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Taste best up to 24 hours.
