Dangerous Acidosis Of The Body

Nutritional habits have a significant impact on human health. Daily nutrition and diet have an impact on our well-being and appearance. How does it work?

Acidosis manifests itself nonspecific, and patients most often complain of headaches, migraines and the feeling of constant fatigue. Most often, these symptoms are associated with stress and overload of duties, and undetected acidifying can be very dangerous. Long-term persisting unfavorable pH level in the body may contribute to the development of kidney stones, diabetes, hypertension, osteopenia and osteoporosis. In the diagnosis of acidosis, regular blood and urine tests help.

Alkalizing diet

An alkalizing diet should be rich primarily in vegetables. We should often reach for lettuce, parsley, broccoli, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers or beets. It is best to eat them raw or in the form of freshly squeezed juices and cocktails. A good way is also steam cooking, thanks to which you can keep many valuable micro nutrients. Your alkalizing diet should not lack fruit. Citrus, apples, melons, strawberries, kiwis, apricots and peaches are fruits that we should pay attention to throughout the year (if available). In addition, nuts, sprouts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin play a very important role in the alkalizing diet. It is also worth using natural honey.

Drink for health

For your everyday diet it is worth introducing alkaline water. It has a beneficial effect on health thanks to the negative oxidation and reduction potential.
