Energizing watermelon water
Ingredients:
- 24 fl oz. of filtered water
- 7 oz. of sliced watermelon
Sometimes we don’t even realize how easy it is to prepare healthy drink! All you need is watermelon, which you will cut in small pieces and then put it in Dafi Carafe. Watermelon is a rich source of anti-oxidants and amino-acids, which improves cardio-vascular system. It is also recommended for people with diabetes and people, who are trying to lose weight, because of low amount of sugar and calories. A glass or two before the work out will let you run a mile further on the treadmill.
Preparation:
Place sliced watermelon in a Dafi Carafe then add filtered water. Place the drink in the fridge and let it chill for couple hours.
