How to Stay Hydrated On-the-Go

Throughout quarantine, I've made sure to stay active to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and I have to admit, having a puppy with endless amounts of energy has helped a lot with that. My golden retriever, Charlotte, is just 10 months old and needs a walk 1-2 times a day which has forced me to get my steps in for the day and burn some calories by taking her for long walks, in addition to my daily pilates workouts. As I have been exercising a lot more lately, I know how important it is to stay hydrated while living an active lifestyle.

Every time Josh and I take Charlotte out for her daily walks, I notice myself always getting thirsty along the way and never having water on me since the water bottles we do have are bigger, heavier, and overall not super ideal for carrying around while walking our dog. Our daily walks, and sometimes runs, typically range anywhere from 3-6 miles (without drinking any water!) and I always come back home feeling super dehydrated, especially in the warmth of the summer sun.

I've recently started using the DAFI Tap Water Filtering Reusable Bottle and it has been so much more convenient to bring on our daily walks! Not only is the water bottle the perfect size and super convenient to carry along on walks or runs, it also is a great substitute to constantly buying plastic water bottles at the store. The filtering water bottle is provided with a carbon filter which removes chlorine and organic compounds, and improves the overall quality and taste of tap water! Just one filter is able to replace up to 300 single serve water bottles you typically find at the store!

The DAFI filtering water bottles are super easy and convenient to fill up any time throughout the day whether you're traveling or on the go, going out for exercise, day trips, etc.!

You can use my code 20JUSTKELSCO on Amazon and https://store.dafi.us/ for 20% off your order on the DAFI Tap Water Filtering Reusable Bottle.
