Refreshing mint-lemon water

Ingredients:

  • 28 fl oz. of filtered water
  • Two lemons cut in thin slices
  • 2-3 mint leaf

Replace sweeten artificial beverages from the store’s shelf with refreshing water from our recipe! Mint is known for its calming effects and easing up the stomach aches. Lemon is a natural source of vitamin C and besides its sour taste lemon juice is alkaline, what makes it a perfect combination with Dafi Water. Maintain proper pH balance in the times when most of food we consume becomes harder and harder so drinking alkaline beverages is extremely important. Adding honey to your drink makes it an isotonic, which is an ideal beverage for your work out.

Preparation:

Lemon slices with mint place in Dafi Carafe and add filtrated water. You can add some lemon juice using Dafi Citrus Squeezer if you want to get a slightly sour taste. Let the carafe chill in the fridge for at least two hours and then enjoy your drink!
