Slim cucumber-grapefruit Water
Ingredients:
- 24 fl oz. of filtered water
- ¼ of sliced grapefruit
- ¼ of sliced cucumber
- 2 mint leaf
- 3 slices of lemon
- 3 slices of lime
Water with cucumber is a starting point for everyone, who think losing weight and cleaning their body. Despite sour taste, grapefruits are refreshing and they contain enzymes, which accelerate fat burning processes. All of citruses in this beverage are beneficial for digestive system. Mint adds additional “cooling” taste to your beverage.
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to Dafi Carafe and mix the together while adding filtered water. Let the drink chill in the fridge for at least two hours. We recommend not to leave the beverage for longer than 24 hours.
